Job description:

Due to the dynamic development of our transport and forwarding company, we are looking for an ambitious and motivated person for the position of international forwarder to work stationary in our office in Rzeszow. The person in this position will be responsible for organizing and coordinating international freight transport, ensuring the highest standard of customer service.

Scope of duties:

Planning and organizing international transport in accordance with customer requirements
Negotiating transport conditions with carriers and customers
Monitoring the implementation of transport orders and solving operational problems
Maintaining and developing relationships with customers and business partners
Preparing and verifying transport documentation
Analysis of the transport market and optimization of transport costs

Requirements:

Communicative knowledge of English (knowledge of an additional language will be an additional asset)
Ability to work in a team and excellent organization of own work
Willingness to learn and develop professionally in the transport and forwarding industry
Knowledge of the basic principles of the transport market and customs procedures will be an additional asset
